If a Creditor has obtained a Judgment against the entity that owes money, there are a variety of ways the Judgment can be enforced. A Sheriff can use the power of the Court to execute on the Judgment forcing payment by seizing and selling the assets of the Defendant. This can include real estate or personal property such as a car, art, furniture, shares of stock in companies and member's interests in Limited Liability Companies.
